Back to Tampa

This summer was one I’ll never forget. I poured myself into training, building strength and refining my game, while also working hard on creating this website and our growing Skool community, Sofia’s Squad. I’m beyond grateful for the support I received along the way—from my family, friends, coaches, and everyone who believed in me.

Having time at home meant everything—long walks and laughs with Kreed, memories with my grandparents, the joy of seeing my niece Sloan, and simply soaking in the comfort of being surrounded by loved ones. Those moments fueled me just as much as the hours on the field and in the gym.

But as special as this summer was, I’m fired up to be back in Tampa. I can’t wait to reunite with my teammates and coaches, and get after it. Last year, USF Lacrosse made history finishing 2nd in the regular season and 2nd in the conference championship. This year, our sights are set higher—we’re going to win both.

I’m ready to get back to work and I’m excited to be Back to Tampa.
