RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Sofia Chepenik Enterprises (“So Empowered”), we want you to feel confident about your purchases. Policies differ depending on the type of product or service. Please review carefully before making a purchase.
Merchandise Orders
Third-Party Vendors: Some merchandise is fulfilled through outside vendors. For these items, please follow the vendor’s return, exchange, and refund policies directly.
Orders Fulfilled by So Empowered:
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, per your choice, once the return is received and inspected.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact admin@sofiachepenik.com within 7 days of delivery.
Coaching Services (Mentorship, Training, Consultations)
All coaching, mentorship, and service package bookings are final and non-refundable.
Because these services are personalized and time is reserved for you, cancellations after purchase are not permitted.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an individual session, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll make every effort to accommodate you.
Digital Products & Events
Digital Products (downloads, online courses, livestreams): Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase, but are not guaranteed.
Events: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event. If you cannot attend a scheduled event, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered case by case.
General Provisions
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes.
