Career aspirations
My biggest goal is to empower the next generation. I want to be a trailblazer who makes a real difference in people’s lives—especially young women. I want them to know they can chase big goals, break barriers, and build the life they dream of. I hope to help others find their power and be part of that journey. Whether through lacrosse, mentoring, or speaking, I will continue to do this for the rest of my life.

Logo???
My logo is a strong female lioness—symbolizing the toughest animal in the jungle. She wears a crown to show she’s the Queen. Hidden in the design are the letters “S” and “O,” a nod to my family’s nickname for me, “So.” I wanted something powerful yet playful, representing the strength of women in a bold, memorable way. This logo isn’t just a brand—it’s a reflection of who I am and what I stand for: confidence, grit, and leading with heart.

Why the pink?
Florida is the only state that requires helmets for girls high school lacrosse, so when I started playing, my dad wanted to always know where I was on the field. He got us bright, custom Under Armour Highlights to stand out. Once they stopped making those, I started “spatting” my cleats—wrapping them with tape. I chose pink not just because it stood out, but because both my grandma “G” and my aunt Courtney are breast cancer survivors. My niece Sloan tried aqua, but pink still wins.

Other Hobbies?
I love to sing! In 9th grade, I had to choose between focusing on lacrosse or singing—I chose lacrosse, but music has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been lucky enough to sing at college sporting events (including one of my own games) and even performed the national anthem at a Tampa Bay Rays game. I love being on a big stage, and after college, I plan to get back into singing more seriously.

Why social media?
I’ve always loved being center stage, but the summer before my senior year, I realized how powerful social media could be. Two things shaped that: watching The Last Dance about Michael Jordan and talking with Chris Nott, who later created a pitch deck for me. I saw how influence could be used for impact. Now, I use my platform to help empower young women—and social media lets me reach and inspire more people.

Do you have any pets?
Yes, I’m a proud dog mom. My Rottweiler, Kreed, is named after Apollo Creed (Rocky is my favorite movie series). Our old Rottie was named Kobe, so I changed the spelling to honor him. Kreed wasn’t our original plan—we were supposed to get a pup named Sylvester, but when we met Kreed, we instantly knew he was the one. Though already promised to another family, the breeder called on Christmas Eve to say he was ours. He’s now over 100 lbs and still thinks he’s lap-sized.

Your college major?
I’m studying Communications at the University of South Florida. I chose this major because I want to empower the next generation, and strong communication is key to that. Everything I’m doing now—on and off the field—is to be the best lacrosse player I can be while also making a positive impact. This major gives me tools to tell stories, connect with others, and use my voice in meaningful ways. That’s why I chose Communications.

Coffee order
When I’m not with my dad and craving something sweet, my go-to Starbucks order is a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso—light ice, but I swap the oat milk for soy. When I’m being strict, I order a triple ristretto espresso with four honey packets. But when I’m exploring new coffee shops (which I love doing), I keep it simple: a vanilla latte with either coconut or almond milk. Coffee is one of my favorite little joys, and I’m always open to recommendations or a good local spot!

Other Sports?
I recently got hooked on Pickleball—it’s great cross-training, super fun, and something I can play for hours. It takes coordination, quick feet, and just the right amount of trash talk. My biggest rival is Coach Britt, and I’m determined to beat her before I graduate. And if I’m being honest… I also love the outfits. I can be much more stylish on the Pickleball court than on the lacrosse field. It’s easily my favorite off-field sport.

Any other pets?
In 2017, when my grandparents were in their 70s, my grandma thought it’d be a good idea to get my grandpa a golden retriever puppy. Three days later, we took her for the night—and she’s been ours ever since. Her name is Sammye, and she’s the queen of our house. She’s the sweetest, most loving dog with people and, besides Kreed, does not like other dogs. She’s been with us ever since, and I truly couldn’t imagine our home (or life) without her in it.
-
How many siblings?
I have three siblings—Conor, Grace, and Stela—plus a stepsister, Anna, and stepbrother, Cameron. My sister-in-law Paige is also part of the crew, along with my niece Sloan and soon-to-arrive nephew, Ryder. Family means everything to me, and I’m so lucky to have grown up with such a full, loving crew. They challenge me, support me, and always keep life interesting—and I truly wouldn’t want it any other way.

Favorite destination
My favorite destination is the beaches of Greece—especially Milos. The country impressed me with its mix of culture, history, and laid-back vibe. Milos stands out for its clear blue water, coastal caves, and quiet fishing towns. I loved exploring the island, eating fresh seafood by the water, and taking in the natural beauty. It was one of the most relaxing places I’ve been, and it’s definitely somewhere I’d go back to.

Favorite food
From an early age, I’ve loved sushi! Some of my earliest memories are family sushi nights, which are still a tradition. We always order a bunch of rolls for the table and, without fail, start arguing over how many pieces each person gets. My current favorite? Tuna tartare on crispy rice—nothing beats it. I try to limit sushi when I’m being strict with my diet, but when rice is on the menu, this is hands down my absolute favorite food.
