Who Helps Me

(No order, just appreciation)

  • A man holding a newborn girl and holding the hand of a young girl, standing inside a room with a plain wall in the background.

Coach Roe / Dodge City Lacrosse

Coach Roe has played one of the biggest roles in my growth—especially in developing my dodging game. His attention to detail gave me the tools to attack with confidence and get in a flow state (IYKYK). He didn’t just teach footwork; he taught me how to read defenders, create separation, and trust my instincts. His training helped me impose my will on defenses and shaped my college success. I carry his impact every time I step on the field. #goat

Christian Addison / My Sports Agent

I met Christian Addison in December 2022, and from the start, the connection felt meant to be. He was expanding into women’s lacrosse, and we made history by securing the first lifetime NIL deal in the sport—launching me into one of the top-earning collegiate female players. More than business, Christian always aligned me with brands that empower women. He’s been in my corner since day one—as an agent, advocate, believer, and now a friend.

Dan Toole / My Shooting Coach

Dan Toole—aka “DT”—has been one of the most influential coaches in my life. He’s spent countless hours sharpening my shot, drilling fundamentals, and building my confidence. DT treats me like family, and with three daughters (Lamb, Emma & Lily) tearing it up in college, he clearly knows the game. And no matter how good I think I have become in shooting, he still humbles me every time we play "PIG." Oh and BTW—photos of DT—just a myth. #girldad

Colton Lewis / My Speed Coach

Speed doesn’t exactly run in my family, but working with Colton changed everything. I started training with him junior year of high school, and by college, I had the quickness to compete at the D1 level. He continues to push me beyond my limits, spending hours refining my movement and mindset. Some days, our speed sessions double as therapy—because Colton cares about who I am, not just how I perform. His support has truly been a game-changer.

    Ann Bomleny / Get Recruited

Ann Bomleny has been a powerful force in my lacrosse recruiting journey—guiding me through both high school and my transfer process. In a world that can feel overwhelming, Ann was a steady, uplifting voice who always believed in me. She opened doors I couldn’t have accessed alone and still checks in to this day. If you’re navigating recruiting, you won’t find someone more committed, knowledgeable, and caring. I’m forever grateful and highly recommend her.

Krista Crittenden was more than just my high school and club coach—she’s one of my greatest role models. Through her actions, she showed me what it means to be a strong, smart, and driven woman. She always prioritized who I was as a person first, and her belief helped shape me into the athlete and person I am today. Some of my best memories in the sport are because of her. I couldn’t imagine a better coach—though I’ll always wonder… #didshefollowherpromrules

    Michelle Mason / Compass Lacrosse

I met Michelle at a camp in 8th grade, and she made a lasting impression. Later, she invited me to train with her club while visiting family in Larchmont, NY—which led to guest playing and eventually joining the team. As a Florida kid, she made me feel like a true New Yorker. Her coaching helped elevate my game, and when it came time for my signing day, she and Abi traveled from NY to be there. That kind of belief and support meant the world to me.

    Abi Jackson / Athletes Unlimited

Abi coached me for over two years after I joined Compass Lacrosse. As a Florida girl joining a New York team, she made me feel welcome from day one. She focused on building my fundamentals and lacrosse IQ and always coached with belief in my potential. Her support played a huge role in helping me become a collegiate athlete—and when signing day came, she and Michelle Mason flew from NY to Jacksonville to be there. That level of support is something I’ll never forget.

    Mark Mozier / Uproar Lacrosse

From the first time I guest played for Mark, it felt like we had known each other forever. He’s always been a straight shooter—honest, direct, and focused on one thing: helping me be my best. From private training to international games, every opportunity with him was one I valued. His feedback was real, helpful, and always what I needed to level up. And fun fact—this is one of only two known photos of Mark wearing a tux.

Roe Pro / Athletic Performance Facility

Coach Chris, Coach B, and Coach Matt at Roe Pro treat me like a little sister—pushing me to give everything I’ve got. I travel to Indian Land, SC a few times a year, and their facility has been key to my development. The workouts are brutal but fun, and I always leave better. I’m so grateful for their belief in me—and shoutout to Kyle Gribble, their videographer, who always captures the grind and makes me feel like a superstar.

    SoFit Athletics

I discovered SoFit Athletics during a HYROX workout with my sister and dad, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Coach Ariel and his team push me to my limits while keeping form a top priority. The blend of cardio and strength is the perfect cross-training mix, and every session challenges me in the best way. It’s helped me become a stronger, more complete athlete—and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to level up while still having fun.

    Chad Cahoy / Jacksonville Strength

Coach Chad is one of the best Olympic lifting coaches in the country. The same passion he brings to training his son Caden—one of the top rising lifters in the U.S.—he’s brought to my development too. He’s a stickler for form, mobility, and building full-body strength. I never thought I’d enjoy Olympic lifting, but Coach Chad changed that. I highly recommend it for young athletes looking to build real power. #BuiltNotBorn

    Ellie Yeanor

The first time I met Ellie, she was reffing my game and warned me I’d be kicked out if I talked back again—I was fiery and vented the whole car ride home. So when I learned she’d be one of my club coaches, I wasn’t thrilled… but after one practice, I was forever grateful. Ellie poured time into helping me grow, especially on the draw—now a strength of mine. She’s more than a great coach—she’s a mentor and friend who’s made a huge impact on and off the field.

    Jordan Smith

Initially, soccer was my main sport—until I tagged along to a lacrosse clinic my sister attended in 5th grade (hosted by the McCords, now my college coaches). I left frustrated I couldn’t catch or pass. In 6th grade, I joined JV lacrosse at Episcopal, coached by Jordan Smith—and everything changed. Her energy, belief, and joy helped instill a passion for the game that still drives me. I’ll always be grateful for her smile and the impact she had as my first coach.

Coach Carter isn’t just Mia’s dad (one of my best friends)—he’s been one of my biggest supporters from day one. From letting me play on boys teams, to breaking down film and sharpening skills with Mia and me, he’s always gone out of his way to help us grow. I’ll never forget the sleepovers where we’d shoot for hours with her dad. Lately, he’s helped me add power to my free position shots. His support has meant so much, and I’m so thankful for all he’s done.

    Casey Perales

Casey Perales was my first club lacrosse coach and one of the best mentors I could have had early in my career. She made every practice and game fun, and she taught me and my teammates that no matter the challenge, we could compete and win. Every time I saw her, she had the same warm smile you see in the picture, and her energy was contagious. Playing for her was a joy, and she made me fall in love with the game even more.

Dr. Meghan Braun / The Lax Box

In 7th and 8th grade, I was almost as tall as I am now—but way less coordinated. I felt like a deer learning to walk. Working with Coach Meghan was a game-changer. She broke movement down into simple, teachable steps that helped me build coordination, hide my awkwardness, and sharpen my fundamentals. She made the technical side of lacrosse feel accessible for any athlete, and I’m so grateful for the foundation her coaching gave me.

Cheryl and Erik Mayo are the creative minds who brought my logo vision to life. I shared what I wanted it to represent—strength, empowerment, and personal meaning—along with details like my nickname “So” to include. Their talent, attention to detail, and ability to capture exactly what I envisioned made the entire process truly unforgettable.

Chris Nott believed in me before I'd achieved anything, taking time to interview me and craft a pitch deck defining my brand. He was the first to show me the broader impact I could have beyond lacrosse, clarifying my vision and goals. Chris didn't just capture my story—he shaped it, creating a foundation that empowered me to chase something bigger than myself. I’ll forever appreciate his early belief and guidance in revealing the true scope of what I could accomplish.

    John Fiege / Physical Therapist

During the 2025 season, I had a quad strain that wouldn’t heal—7.5 weeks of therapy and still couldn’t do a quad stretch. After a game, Coach McCord suggested I see John. One session took me from 20% to 70%, and I could finally stretch again. I now see him regularly. The sessions aren’t easy (they hurt!), but I always leave feeling 100% better. He’s a miracle worker, and I highly recommend him. PS—he doesn’t have social media, so this pic is from 2017.

Whenever I’m in Jacksonville, part of my recovery routine includes a visit to Dr. Brent. I believe having your body in alignment is essential to performing at your best, and every adjustment with Dr. Brent helps me move, feel, and play at the highest level. He’s become a key part of keeping me healthy and ready to compete.

Every time I train at Roe Pro, I make sure to stop by The Joint Chiropractic in Ballantyne—home to two of my all-time favorite chiropractors, Dr. Evec and Dr. Schick. I go every single day I’m in town. They’re both amazing, but I’m convinced Dr. Schick takes pride in making me want to cry during adjustments. Somehow, after all the pain, I walk out feeling like an absolute rockstar. These guys are the best and a huge part of my recovery and performance routine.

She had my back through the tough days and celebrated every win like it was her own. Even now, we reunite for birthdays, summer boot camps, and nonstop “DZ” jokes (IYKYK). Whether we’re grinding out extra reps, staying in to study film, or pushing each other to grow, they’ve helped shape me on and off the field. And when we’re not training, we’re probably exploring Tampa’s food scene or laughing at something only we’d get. #USFsquad

    CP / USF WLax Coach

The first time I picked up a lacrosse stick, CP was the coach. Years later, in 10th grade, after stepping away from college coaching to be with his son LJ, I was lucky to train with him privately. Our first session was tough—but his belief in me never wavered. He was the first to make me believe I could play D1. He said I could’ve played offense or defense (thankfully I play attack). That belief changed everything and laid the foundation for my success.

Family means everything to me, and I’m forever grateful for my incredible aunts and uncle—my dad’s sister Courtney, her husband Bret, my cousins Vaughn (proudly continuing the Compass Lacrosse tradition), Nash, Ellie, Jack, and my mom’s sister Beth. Their unwavering love and support shaped who I am. They’ve always believed in me, celebrating my wins, lifting me in losses. I’m so thankful for all they’ve done and the strength they give me.

His love for me and all of his kids is inspiring. He holds me accountable to my goals while always helping me chase them. He’s the greatest man I know, and words can’t describe how grateful I am that God chose him to be my dad. Every day, I thank Him for that. #dgfe
