AMBASSADOR PROGRAM.

Being part of the Ambassador Program has given me the opportunity to represent both USF and women’s lacrosse on a bigger stage. It’s more than a title—it’s a platform to lead, mentor, and inspire the next generation.

What It Means to Be an Ambassador

  • I serve as a voice for my team and sport, helping build awareness and excitement around USF Women’s Lacrosse

  • I get to connect with fans, future Bulls, and young athletes who are watching what we do and dreaming of their own journeys

Creating Impact

  • Whether it's greeting donors, giving campus tours, or speaking at events, I’ve learned how to represent not just myself—but an entire program

  • I’ve developed real leadership and communication skills that will benefit me long after college

Why It Matters

  • The Ambassador Program has helped me grow into a more confident, well-rounded leader

  • It’s shown me the power of representation—when young girls see someone who looks like them in a leadership role, it plants a seed

  • I don’t take that responsibility lightly and feel honored to help pave the way

What I’ve Learned

  • Every handshake, speech, or thank-you note is a chance to build relationships

  • Being present and prepared can lead to bigger opportunities down the road

  • Representation matters. Leadership matters. And it starts with us
