Summit Week at Dodge City LaX

At the end of every training phase, I go through what I call “Summit Week”—a final climb to the top before the next chapter of work begins. Earlier this summer, I kicked things off with “Championship Week,” then pushed through my regular phase training, and now wrapped it up with Summit Week at Dodge City Lacrosse.

Over 4 days and 3 nights, I pushed my limits:

  • 12 hours of private dodging work with Coach Roe

  • 4 hours of speed training with Coach Matt

  • 2 hours of pickleball for agility and reaction

  • 3 adjustments with Dr. Shick and Dr. Evec

  • 1 hour of micro-habits coaching to sharpen mindset

By the last session at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, my legs—especially my hamstrings—were fried. But as I always remind myself, I get to do this training. That perspective keeps me grateful, focused, and fueled to push further.

After a summer of consistent hard work, I feel like I’m in the best physical and mental shape I’ve ever been heading into a lacrosse season. I can’t wait to get back on the field with my teammates and put it all to work.

A huge thank-you to everyone who supported me this summer—I’m beyond excited to show off the growth and dedication that went into these past months. The climb was tough, but the summit makes it all worth it.
