Earn Your Greatness

Are You Really Putting in the Work?

One thing I’ve learned, both in lacrosse and in life, is that the people we admire aren’t superhuman. They don’t have secret advantages. They don’t magically wake up motivated every day or glide through life without doubt or frustration.

They just show up and do the work. That’s the real difference.

They get tired. They get stressed. They battle insecurity. They mess up. They fall short. They question themselves. They think about quitting.

Just like you. Just like me.

The only thing that separates them from everyone else is this:

They keep going.

If you’re not where you want to be yet, it usually comes down to a few honest questions:

  • Have you actually put in the work?

  • Are you putting in the right kind of work?

  • And have you been willing to stick with it long enough to see it pay off?

Most people don’t like these questions because the answers are uncomfortable. But they’re also freeing because they mean you’re not “behind,” you’re not “less talented,” and you’re definitely not incapable.

You just haven’t matched their level of consistency yet.

Your dream isn’t waiting for a perfect moment.

Your goals aren’t waiting for everything to feel easy.

And nobody becomes great by accident.

Greatness comes from the reps you do when nobody’s watching.

From the habits you hold when it’s not convenient.

From the work you do when your excuses sound convincing.

Your heroes aren’t built differently.

They’re just committed differently.

And you can be too.

If you’re ready to put in the real work, find like minded people.

This is exactly why I created Sofia’s Squad - to give you structure, accountability, leadership training, confidence tools, and a community of others who are working just as hard as you.

If you’re serious about your next level…

👉 Join Sofia’s Squad and start becoming the person who puts in the work - consistently.

Your future self will thank you.

With you always,
– Sofia 💫
