You’re Thinking Way Too Small
I subscribe to Andy Frisella’s emails (owner of 1st Phorm Supplements & creator of 75 Hard, which I successfully completed). His latest one hit me hard.
When I first launched Sofia’s Squad, my goal was to build a community of 2,500 athletes. After reading Andy’s words, that goal just grew to 10,000 members by August 31, 2026.
Here’s why:
If I positively impact just one athlete, then every bit of work will have been worth it. But imagine impacting 10,000 athletes… and then imagine the ripple effect. Each person uplifted carries that energy into their team, their family, and their community. That’s exponential impact.
Andy’s reminder:
“If nobody thinks you’re crazy for pursuing the goals you have… your goals aren’t big enough. You can’t set average goals and expect an above-average life.”
So yes—2,500 was safe. 10,000 is massive. It might sound crazy. But if even a fraction of that is achieved, the difference will be life-changing for thousands of young athletes.
This is what we’re building. This is what we’re fighting for.
