I’m here to help you believe in your power!
I am a lacrosse player from Jacksonville, Florida, now playing at the University of South Florida. I didn’t grow up as the most talented—I picked up a stick later than most and constantly felt like I was playing catch-up, especially to my older sister. But that struggle built my drive. I learned early that hard work, not just talent, creates success.
In high school at Episcopal, I poured everything into the game—earning All-American honors and setting records—but what meant the most was showing up fully for my team. At Clemson, I led all ACC freshmen in points, was named ACC Offensive Player of the Week, and became the first female lacrosse player to sign a lifetime NIL deal. After transferring to USF, I’ve been part of building something bigger than myself—helping launch a D1 program and shaping a culture rooted in grit, sisterhood, and high standards. In our inaugural season, I was honored to be one of just five players named a unanimous First Team All-Conference selection, earned AAC Player of the Week and Honorable Mention honors, and finished top five in both goals and points scored across the conference.
Everything I do—on the field, through coaching, or online—is about impact. I’m passionate about mindset, discipline, and showing girls they’re capable of anything when their actions align with their goals. I’ve been the underdog. And that’s why I coach—to help young women and athletes believe in themselves, grow through hard work, and become something they are proud of!.
